Seeking signs. I’m kinda the opposite of Ahaz — seeking too many signs in lieu of just TRUSTING!! Recently, I had an experience of seeking a sign, that is usually readily given within moments of asking – -this time, I had to wait WEEKS to see it. God told me it was coming, every time I prayed, even how it would be shown – and for the first time in a long time I had to practice patience, fidelity, and of course trust in God! He did not disappoint!! It came just as he said, but not until I cooperated with the grace and wisdom He’d bestowed in my times of prayer, participating in the Sacraments, and reading the Scriptures.
