I read Walking in Her Sandals for Lent. It was a fictional account but some of the people were real, of course. It made you feel like you were right there. So I look forward to experiencing the real women who walked with Jesus.
Walk in Her Sandals was a blessed read – the bible study, reflections and lectio along with the fictional story completed my LENT For sure!! Totally agree Deidra, it was those encounters that whetted my biblical appetite for Colleen’s (now award winning!! Catholic Press Assoc – NEW Author Winner!!) book!
Totally agree with both of you…Loved Walk in Her Sandals Lent study…really drew me into the scriptures and the lives of these women. Enjoying this summer study already and look forward to continued learning more through the lives of the women presented to us in Who Does He Say You Are and the input for my small group as well as those involved online. Such a beautiful sisterhood this is becoming for all those taking this journey together.
Amenn Tish … sisterhoods in Christ are very cool 😉
