When my three daughters were little, all of them were afraid of the dark. One day, I bought a night-light at the hardware store; a little plastic Jesus. “Maybe this will ease their fears” I thought. That night, just before bedtime, I plugged the Jesus light into an outlet in the hallway. My little girls looked in awe at the small, dazzling light. “Mom…” Rachael, my youngest proclaimed; “Jesus is shining!” From that night forward, they all slept soundly. Are you facing darkness in your life? Don’t be afraid. In the hallway of your fear, Jesus is shining!
